Opening hours & Refund Policy

The Barn provides a year round cultural programme, with a diverse schedule of event times.

Up-to-date details of performance, exhibitions and workshop times can be found in the What's On section of this site and in our quarterly printed Barn programme.

You can buy tickets for our events online at any time. When buying tickets online, your email confirmation is your ticket/proof of purchase and will give you entry to the event, either printed out or simply shown on your smart phone. We do not post out tickets when bought online.

If you would rather buy tickets in person or over the phone, please contact our Box Office between 12noon and 4pm from Tuesday to Saturday. These are also the opening hours for our retail sales.

Our Administrative Office is staffed 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, for general event enquiries.

The Barn is open to the public all year round with the exception of 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year, or in the event of exclusive Private Hires.


We do not offer refunds unless the event is a sell-out and we are able to re-sell your tickets to someone on the waiting list. If we manage to re-sell your tickets, you will be refunded the cost of the tickets, minus the booking fee. We are not able to accept returned tickets for performances on the door.

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances relating to the venue or artists/performers, all sales will be refunded including the booking fee.
