Opening Hours & Refund Policy

The Barn provides a year round cultural programme, with a diverse schedule of event times.

Up-to-date details of performance, exhibitions and workshop times can be found in the What's On section of this site and in our quarterly printed Barn programme.

You can buy tickets for our events online at any time. When buying tickets online, your email confirmation is your ticket/proof of purchase and will give you entry to the event, either printed out or simply shown on your smart phone. We do not post out tickets when bought online.

If you would rather buy tickets in person, or over the phone, please contact our Box Office between 12noon and 4pm, Thursday - Saturday.

The Barn is open to the public all year round with the exception of 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year, or in the event of exclusive Private Hires.

We do not generally offer refunds unless the event is a sell-out and we are able to re-sell your tickets to someone on the waiting list. If we manage to re-sell your tickets, you will be refunded the cost of the ticket minus the booking fee. We are not able to accept returned tickets for performances on the door.

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances relating to the venue or artists/performers, all sales will be refunded minus the booking fee.

Please note that additional refunds or credits may be offered in certain circumstances at the Barn’s discretion. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to use your tickets.
