The health and wellbeing of our patrons, staff and volunteers is our number one priority and we continue to follow the official government guidance. In keeping with these guidelines some of the practices put in place have been removed or adjusted as per the Scottish Government Guidelines.

Plan Your Visit

Pre-booking is recommended

Whilst there will be the capacity to buy tickets on the door, we would encourage all customers to book in advance. This assists us with event set-up and resourcing. Tickets can be booked here.

In the event you cannot book online, please either visit or call our Box Office on 01330 825431 on Thursday - Saturday between 12pm and 4pm.

Bookings close 30 minutes before the start time.

There’s no need to print your ticket – just say your name to our host on entering the Barn, have your ticket on your phone ready for visual inspection and/or present your QR code.

Family events

Patrons with children should keep them close by at all times and listen to instructions from our team.

Our age restriction

Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) at all our events, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse entry.

When you arrive

Please allow sufficient time to park safely if you are coming by car and arrive in good time for your scheduled start time. Late comers may not be admitted

Access

Please let us know if you have any special requirements or access needs so we can make the appropriate provision.

Eating & drinking

Our bar will be open for 30 minutes before events for drinks, beverages and snacks and during intervals where appropriate. Contactless payments are encouraged.
