General Information

The Barn has extensive free parking on site. Accessible parking spaces can be found at the Barn entrance and in the lower carpark opposite the entrance to Buchanan Bistro. The top carpark at the Barn’s entrance may be closed to traffic for large events so please check the situation with the Box Office ahead of time.

We have a fully accessible bathroom.

Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of our venue.

If you require a carer to attend an event with you, please book your places by telephone to ensure you are not charged for their ticket.

Seating

Our seating is unreserved but we are happy to reserve seats to accommodate customers with access requirements.

If you are a wheelchair user or have a preferred seat for access reasons, please let our Box Office know in advance so we can reserve you a seat.

Venue Tours

Visitors who feel that a tour of the venue during a quiet time prior to a show should get in touch with our Box Office on mail@thebarnarts.co.uk with as much notice as possible. We like to accommodate requests for access tours wherever possible.

Accessible Shows

We aim to make all our shows as accessible as possible. We also run many events which are designed specifically for audiences with different access needs.

Many of our films are captioned, or have this option. Please get in touch with us in advance so we can advise on individual titles.

Babies and Carers

Children aged 2 and under go free, except where shows are specifically for younger children.
