Please help protect the future of the Barn.

The past two years has been the most challenging period in the Barn’s history.

With much appreciated help from the Barn’s supporters, the Barn has continued to offer creative opportunities for us all to connect with one another as well as developing ground-breaking arts innovation and collaboration.

However, the strain from closures and restrictions placed upon the arts continues to significantly impact the Barn’s income generating activity. On top of that, a further 49% of our income needs to be generated through fundraising.

By making a donation to the Barn, you are protecting a much loved arts centre and ensuring a vital legacy of creativity for future generations.

Please help us to connect our community through creativity and friendship by making a donation.

Talk to us about leaving a gift in your Will

Leaving a gift in your will to the Barn in your will is one of the most important and tax-efficient donations you can make.

You will ensure that crucial resources are in place to help us plan and secure the Barn’s future with confidence. Every gift, whatever the amount, can help us develop and deliver a high quality arts programme, support special exhibitions and deliver innovative learning programmes. All legacies to the Barn will be free of all taxes as the Barn is a registered charity.

If you would like more information on how to leave a legacy gift to the Barn, please email Victoria Layt on

Alternatively, please feel free to chat to any board or staff member that you would feel comfortable approaching.
