Love, Simon (12A) @ 4pm

Love Simon is the heartwarming coming of age film about Simon Spier and his secret; nobody knows that he’s gay. When someone finds Simon’s emails to a guy know simply as Blue, Simon’s world is turned on its head as he struggles with his relationships with his family and friends. Nick Robinson stars as Simon in this sweet and witty romantic comedy based on the novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapians Agenda by Becky Albertalli.

120 BPM (15) @ 7.30pm

Set in the early 1990’s, we follow members of the advocacy group ACT UP Paris as they demand action over the AIDS crisis that has claimed thousands of lives. This powerful movie sees newcomer Nathan have his world shaken by Sean, a radical militant, as they fight the general indifference of the government. Robin Campillo’s edgy drama won four awards at Cannes (including the Grand Prix) and six César awards.
