Stevi Benson: Fragile Nature

STEVI BENSON: FRAGILE NATURE

Autumn/Winter 2020/21

**Online booking essential**

Please note that when you book it is a group ticket allowing entry for up to 4 people from the same household. Only one household will be permitted in the Gallery at a time.

We are delighted to be re-opening our Gallery doors on 18 September 2020 with Fragile Nature, an exhibition by Aberdeenshire-based paper artist Stevi Benson.

Stevi Benson’s hand cut paper pieces juxtapose the strength and fragility found in natural forms. Intricate studies of plant and animal structures connect us with their beauty, inviting us to slow down, reminding us of the meditative calm that comes with focussing on nature.

We will be limiting the number of visitors in the Gallery at any one time. To manage this, we’ll be operating a free, timed ticketed system.

Keep others safe

You must wear a face covering during your visit, for your safety and the safety of others. Please, stay at home if you have symptoms of illness such as a cough, sore throat, fever or loss of taste and small or have been in contact in the past 14 days with someone who has coronavirus.

When you arrive

Please note, the main Barn building and cloakroom is still closed for now. There is no indoor space for waiting, so we suggest arriving as close to your timeslot as possible. We recommend arriving no more than 5 minutes before your allotted admission time. Please meet up with other members of your party before entering the Barn as there are no designated meeting spaces.

Entry is via the main Barn entrance. You will be met at the entrance by one of our team who will check your name against our booking list. You will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided before being directed through the Barn to the adjacent Gallery by the host. Once you’re inside the Gallery, follow our one-way system, keeping a safe distance from others.

Please note late comers may not be admitted.

Please avoid bringing large bags with you.

Payment for purchases

Should you wish to purchase an art work, please notify our host who will take down all your contact information. One of our team will call you at a later date to take payment over the phone, or to discuss paying by cheque if this is your preference. A ‘SOLD’ sticker will be placed next to the piece until the end of the exhibition when you can collect the item. You will receive confirmation of your purchase by email. Postage & Packaging can be arranged at additional cost.

Your Privacy and NHS Test and Trace

When visiting our venue, we will already have your data and some information about you from your online booking.
