We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and people-centred person to join our our team and help us deliver great arts experiences for our visiting public and performers.
You will have previous experience of working in an arts or hospitality venue, and have a strong customer focussed ethos. The role will involve the supervision and direction of bar and front of house teams, as well as acting as the first point of contact with visiting artists and performers.
The postholder will also be responsible for the security of the building, the public and supporting the Barn’s compliance with licensing and health and safety policies.
The post is part-time, with a minimum of 40hrs per month, payable at £10.25 per hour
