Programming Manager                               

22hrs per week

£23,000-£25,000 pro rata  (entry point linked to experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Programming Manager, to take a lead role in the design, delivery and promotion of our innovative and high-quality cross-artform creative programme.

Recently awarded the accolade of Best Performing Arts Venue at the 2107 Sunday Herald Culture Awards, the Barn in Banchory is Aberdeenshire’s largest arts organisation.  

We provide an ambitious and inclusive cultural programme, encompassing music, theatre, film, dance, comedy, talks, visual arts, workshops and environmental projects.  We have a strong curatorial focus on arts and ecology and support artists, makers and designers to research and create artwork inspired by our context.

The successful candidate will have at least two years direct experience of arts venue programming, positive personal drive and a willingness to work creatively within a small, ambitious team.
