(De)Clutter: the curated pre-owned sale

(De)Clutter is a curated pre-owned sale at the Barn, helping give items a new lease of life whilst at the same time, supporting our charity.
This is a great opportunity to buy and sell high-quality, pre-owned goods. What’s more, any unsold goods will not end up in landfill.
So, if you’re looking to (De)clutter, we’re looking for items of furniture, soft furnishings, ornaments, crockery, vintage clothes, occasional wear clothes, records, fabric, craft/art items, artworks, picture frames, musical instruments and more...!
You retain 75% and donate 25% to the Barn to support creative opportunities to bring communities together. To apply to be a seller, please complete the application form by 26 May.

Alternatively, if you have items you would like to donate so that 100% of income comes to the Barn, these can dropped off at the Barn between 22 – 24 June @ 12pm – 4pm.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Barn will be acting as agent between buyer and seller and does not take responsibility for the goods sold. The Barn cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items at the venue. Items are left at owners' risk.
CRITERIA FOR SALE
Items for sale are used and pre-owned of excellent quality in good condition or in a condition to be upcycled.
The Barn has the right to refuse any item that does not fit our criteria for sale.
We will not accept any electrical items, tools, furs, books or children’s toys or books.
Items must be dropped off at the Barn between 22 – 24 June at 12pm – 4pm.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our commission rate for sellers is 25%.
Balance will be paid to the bank details given within 7 days of the sale.
UNSOLD ITEMS
All unsold items must be collected from the Barn from 3pm – 5pm on 25 June 2023. If there are no unsold items, the Barn will call the seller to inform them.
